Trout from the Marfon trout farm, locally grown saffron, farmhouse Salers beef and fruit and vegetables from the local market. We look forward to welcoming you to Les Quatres Saisons where you will appreciate the simple yet contemporary decor.
Our signature dishes: "Salers race" beef steak with fleur de sel, tetragon vinaigrette with hazelnut oil and potato and cheese truffade (with a twist), as well as our delicious crepes flavoured with bourbon vanilla, rhubarb and liquorice.
