Since 1908, the cutlery shop Destannes has maintained the cutler tradition in Aurillac. Gerard Destannes, the founders’ great grandson re-launched the Aurillac knife. The knives assembled in our workshops and they reflect our high standards as regards quality and the knife’s cutting edge. We have a large range of closing or table knives with a great choice of handles. Put your confidence in an establishment that is renowned for its seriousness and proved by its durability. We can engrave, free of charge, your knife with your surname or first name on the blade.
